While well-intentioned, some legal action has inadvertently deepened polarization creating a volatile climate landscape across North America. As we witness a rollback of climate change legislation, organizations must reflect on how to ensure future laws and precedents are not only well-intentioned but also well-structured, thoughtfully considered, and built to last.
