The Stop Ecocide Student Ambassadors’ network brings together students of all ages and disciplines from around the world to advocate for ecocide law within their academic institutions or other spaces. As students, we are uniquely positioned to engage broad and curious audiences— whether peers, staff, or lecturers—and spark academic conversations around ecocide law.

By fostering academic support for this global diplomatic initiative, we aim to increase pressure on key actors to advance the criminalisation of ecocide. We meet on a monthly basis to deepen our knowledge of ecocide, develop advocacy skills and share resources and ideas.

Together, we collaborate on collective initiatives across multiple universities as well as supporting each other’s individual efforts. If you’re a university student (18+) and want to get involved, just fill out the application form below or drop us an email – we’d love to hear from you.
