Friday Afternoon Think-tanks: empowering everybody

Partner event at COP26

Independent collaborative event which took place during COP26 in Glasgow.

Part 1:
Friday Afternoon Think-tanks: empowering everybody

Watch the event:

Addressing global climate and ecological crisis is now an existential necessity, and policy makers cannot do it alone. What if we could tap into the ocean of expertise that already exists across all sectors and all generations, generating precisely the questions and creative innovations required to create the future well-being of humanity and the planet?  What if every institution and organisation, everywhere, dedicated their Friday afternoons to make this happen?

“Governments cannot handle such ambitious change alone. We need all of society – the family, religious institutions, schools and universities, our businesses and financial systems – to engage in a transparent and collaborative process, ensuring that all voices are valued and all people represented in decision-making.”
